What's the best part about selling real estate in San Francisco? The best part about selling real estate in San Francisco is the unique nature of this city and the homes within it. There is so much history and character to this city and each home I place my clients into always comes with its own unique tale. Additionally, I love that this city is always changing and evolving. I was born and raised in this city, but every time I step out of my door I find new things, meet new people and stumble upon hidden gems that this city has to offer.

What's the most rewarding part about what you do? The most rewarding part of the real estate is the diverse clientele you meet and the bonds you forge with them. I have had clients from all different walks of life and have been fortunate to work with some awesome people. Also, housewarming parties are a big perk of my job. I get to walk around the party and broadcast how important I am. It's essential for everyone to know that if it wasn't for me, they wouldn't be enjoying such a fun party.

What separates you from the others in this competition? My refusal to lose is what separates me from the others in this competition. You could put Ryan Gosling into this competition and it wouldn't matter one bit. Gosling knows better than to challenge me. I will do whatever it takes to win. I am better than everyone in this competition at finding hilarious Youtube videos online, useless knowledge and my undying love for the Giants and the 49ers. I also do a pretty solid job of being a fair weather Warriors and Sharks fan. In other words, I am the manliest nominee in this competition.

What do you like to do when you're not selling real estate? When I am not selling real estate, I enjoy hanging out with my girlfriend Ashley, our dog Cooper, my friends and family. I love hanging out in The City, Sonoma or taking a trip to Lake Tahoe. I also enjoy being around the sport of lacrosse. I have been playing for years and I have coached at my alma mater, Saint Ignatius, for the last five years.

What's the best part about selling real estate in San Francisco? Working with cool clients - I'm a people person and when I'm working with the right type of client it's effortless and doesn't feel like work at all.

What's the most rewarding part of your job? Helping my clients realize a dream. Selling real state is almost never a hard sell - most people dream of home ownership.

What do you like to do when you're not selling real estate? I have a passion for dance music. I've been a professional DJ for 16 years. I also produce music. My latest single, Key To Your Soul, recently went Top 25 on the Billboard dance chart.

People in your industry are always so good looking. What are some of
your secret grooming tips?
I always keep my hair short - that way I never have a bad hair day :)
